Creative work deserves to be seen in person.
Part art exhibition.
Part live auction.
Part live music.
Friday 4 December 2026
Bighouse Arts, North Coburg
5-11 PM
Share it in person,
not just online.
Creative work has never been easier to share, but most of that sharing now happens through a screen. Gather is our way of doing things a little differently.
An opportunity to bring creative work off the feed and into the room. To discover new artists, meet the people behind the work and take something home.
Following our first edition, Gather 02 brings together an exhibition, live auction and music for one night in Melbourne.
No endless scrolling required.
What is actually happening?
THE EXHIBITION
Around 30 works from emerging and established creatives, all exploring the theme of Gather in their own way. Photography, paintings, prints, objects, written pieces and everything in between.
THE LIVE AUCTION
Every exhibited work will have its moment under the hammer. Find something you love, place a bid and take home a piece of someone's creative world. 100% of artwork sale proceeds go directly to the artists. Together at Last takes no commission.
THE MUSIC
Good music, good people and a reason to spend a Friday night somewhere other than your phone. Come for the art. Stay for a while.
Get your work in front of people.
Not just likes, saves and shares. Real people, in a real room, spending time with something you've made.
Meet your creative community.
Connect with fellow artists, makers and people who are interested in what you're doing.
Every selected work will go into the live auction, with the full artwork sale amount paid directly to the artist. Together at Last doesn't take a commission. Buyers will arrange payment directly with artists, with our team helping coordinate the process.
Take home 100% of your sale.
Be part of the story.
We'll be documenting the exhibition and sharing the work and artists involved across our Gather and Together at Last channels.
The Theme:
Gather
Make of that what you will.
People, places, objects, rituals, memories, metaphors. Whatever gather means to you.
It might be something you've made specifically for the theme, or something you've already created that feels right.
We're interested in different interpretations, unexpected ideas and work that starts a conversation. There isn't one right way to approach it.
Got something to share?

It remains yours. We'll arrange for you to collect it following the event.
-
Successful bidders will be introduced to the artist and arrange payment directly with them. Together at Last will coordinate the process but won't collect, hold or distribute artwork payments. Artists are responsible for their own invoicing and applicable tax obligations, including GST where relevant. The payment and collection process will be confirmed with selected artists before the event.
-
You'll propose a reserve price as part of your submission, which we'll discuss and agree on before the auction if your work is selected. Your work won't be sold below the agreed reserve without your approval.
-
GST-registered artists are welcome to participate. Any applicable GST will need to be accounted for in the agreed auction pricing, and artists will be responsible for issuing appropriate tax invoices where required.
-
Together at Last will review submissions based on their creative approach, connection to the theme and suitability for the exhibition. We expect to select around 30 works.

Submissions close on Thursday 26 November. Selected artists will be contacted as soon as possible following the deadline.
