Home of Lights was a well-established retailer ready for evolution. The goal was to move beyond a traditional retail model and reposition the brand as a design-led, culture-driven destination.

We reimagined the entire ecosystem, from brand positioning through to platform, content and performance. Central to this was shifting the narrative from product-first to story-first, highlighting makers, materials and design context, while building a full-funnel system designed to convert.
