Artist Submissions and Event Participation

Submission information may be reviewed by the Together at Last team and relevant event collaborators involved in the selection or production process.
If selected, your artist name, artwork title, description and images may be used in event communications, exhibition materials and promotional content, subject to the permissions agreed with you.
Submission does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
Live Auctions and Direct Artist Payments
At events such as Gather, Together at Last may coordinate live auctions where artwork is sold directly by the participating artist.
We may collect and record limited information about successful bids, including the buyer's name, contact details, artwork purchased and winning bid amount.
Where necessary to facilitate the transaction, relevant buyer and artist contact information may be shared between the parties.
Payments are arranged directly between the buyer and artist. Together at Last does not collect, hold or distribute artwork sale payments under this arrangement.
